ABOUT ME
I grew up watching a parent practice yoga daily at home and I’ve had a passion for yoga since experiencing the benefits of mind body balance and wellness that I have gained as a result of my practice. In 2017, I embarked on my journey to become a certified yoga instructor and and I’ve been fortunate to learn from inspiring teachers and yoga experts. Having the chance to share the lessons and experiences learned with my students is endlessly rewarding. The world of yoga offers all of us a unique chance to connect with ourselves and the world around us more intentionally. Isn’t it time to put yourself first and take care of your well-being?
